Easy to useThe first step to using is to create an online account for your business. Once established, you can input an event or event series in five simple steps, using our intuitive web platform.
Cost-effectiveBy using , you will almost eliminate the time required by employees to plan and execute the registration of events, because the intermediate tasks will all be supported by the system. Plus, for a one-time registration fee of $250, it works for your time and your money.
Customizable registration formscaters to your needs by allowing for customized registration forms, so you are sure to receive all necessary information needed from participants in the planning process. Personalize the look of the form by selecting your desired logos and those of your partners, if applicable.
Detailed tracking of participationIt’s your choice – those who register for the event can be automatically added to your list of attendees, or you can opt for a secondary step, whereby you approve each person individually. On location, you can check-in participants with a laptop or a tablet (iPad, Galaxy or other) for real-time progress of your on-site registration and turnout.
Participant engagementis set up to send three event reminders to those registered in the days leading up to your event. They are pre-set for seven days, five days and one day prior, however users can customize this schedule to their liking, plus have the choice to add personalized messages.
Various reports availableAfter your event, will automatically generate participation reports, which can be found by logging into your account. It can track your success by indicating how on-site performance measured up to your pre-determined goals. The system will also distribute a post-event survey to participants, as well as a customizable thank you note.
One-time administration fee of $250
$1 per person or per registrant
After creating an account, you will receive an invoice for your one-time subscription fee which must be paid before accessing the system.
Further costs include only that of your events. You will receive an initial invoice payable on the 15th day after each event, which will be based on the number of attendees or, if not tabulated, the number of registrants.
